Om organisatiecultuur te duiden is als uitgangspunt gekozen voor de strategische cultuurkenmerken van The Boston Consulting Group\u00b9. Om deze cultuurkenmerken vorm te geven hebben wij een eigen, unieke vragenlijst ontworpen, die gebaseerd is op grondig onderzoek naar ruim 40 wetenschappelijke vragenlijsten. Hieruit is een eigen tool ontstaan, die samen met de Universiteit van Tilburg statistisch gevalideerd is.
